A one-year manufacturer’s warranty is included with purchase of the FabPro. Additional one-year and two-year warranties to extend the service life of the printer are available for purchase.

Should any issues arise with the printer, our hotline support team is available for any troubleshooting needs. Our team will attempt to remotely troubleshoot and repair the printer. If the problem cannot be fixed and the printer is covered under warranty, we will provide instructions on exchanging the unit to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.

Simple Post-Processing for Perfect Parts

Post-processing for the FabPro 1000 is a simple two-step process – clean and cure. Simply remove the printed part from the FabPro 1000, remove any support structures and clean in a solvent either in an ultrasonic cleaner or manually. The FabPro 1000 includes a Finishing Kit for supplies to help with the cleaning and support removal process. From there, the part requires UV-curing for final finishing, either in the recommended optional LC-3DPrint Box or other UV-curing unit. Technical Specifcation for 3D Sprint Client Software

Included with the system is 3D Sprint Client Software with an online license activated using an activation code. You must be connected to the internet to check the license in and out. Multiple users can check it in and out, but only one at a time. You can use the license offline for up to 30 days, but at the end of that period it will prompt you to connect to the internet and launch the software so it can perform a license update.

You may also purchase a 3D Sprint upgrade to an offline dongle, an encrypted USB hardware key that can be plugged in to the computer being licensed. If you want to use the software on a different machine, the physical USB dongle moves to the new computer. This license type can be used offline permanently and updates have to be manually pushed to the dongle which does require an internet connection for that specific process.

LC-3DPrint Box UV Post-Curing Unit

The LC-3DPrint Box is a revolutionary light-based UV post-curing unit, specially designed for post-curing 3D printing materials and is recommended for curing your FabPro 1000 prints. The LC-3DPrint Box is a revolutionary light-based UV post-curing unit, specially designed for post-curing 3D printing materials.

Equipped with 12 UV light bulbs strategically placed inside the unit, the light-based LC-3DPrint Box ensures illumination from all directions, which results in a quick and uniform curing cycle. It is also large enough to all for easy curing of multiple prints at one time, and has enough space to place an articulator inside. When necessary, the UV light bulbs can be changed easily. UV Curing is required for finishing your printed parts, and the LC-3DPrint Box is available for purchase separately.

The FabPro may have the size to sit on a desktop, but it is able to perform several applications that are extremely useful in the manufacturing world. FabPro can be effectively used to take a project from idea to production.

Saving time and money

With 3D printing, the cost and lead time to produce molds isn’t necessary. There’s no need for tooling and setup. The same equipment can be used to produce a variety of different parts, even ones using complex or custom designs. Printing with the FabPro eliminates the high costs and lead time associated with outsourcing.

Creating Jigs and Fixtures

A key application that can be performed by the FabPro is producing jigs and fixtures. These parts play a key role in the manufacturing process and the ability to print them quickly and affordably saves time, money and effort.

The costs saving of printing with FabPro is significant. The time saving is drastic. A typical aluminum-milled fixture costs about $450 and takes 3-5 days to produce.
